Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Two Trees Construction Group LLC holds New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor license #13VH12426800 and carries commercial general liability insurance. We are licensed and insured.
How does payment work?
The schedule we use on our contracts is 50% on start, 30% at the halfway point, and 20% on final approval of the work. It is stated on your written estimate before the job begins.
Do you provide written estimates?
Always. Estimates are written and itemized, with every line item priced separately, so you can see what each part of the job costs and decide what to include.
Who pays for materials?
Your estimate states clearly what is included and what you supply. Customers typically choose and pay for paint, tile and stone separately — that way the finish is yours, not ours. Anything we are supplying is listed and priced on the estimate.
