Every room in the house repainted top to bottom, including the prep work that decides how the finish holds up.
A whole-house hardwood refinish, taken back to bare wood and brought up in a stain color the homeowner picked.
A complete kitchen tear-out and rebuild, finished down to the hardware and the floor.
